My brother has been missing since last week. We received a call from Hougang Town Council on 10 Dec @1.17pm that they had found his bag at Blk 421 Hougang Ave 6. The bag contains his wallet, handphone & medications. Currently he would be holding only his ezlink card.
Please kindly PM me or call the police if you have seen him anywhere.
