On 20 December 2019, me and my fiance purchased 2 tickets for the 8.25pm screening at GV plaza for the movie ipman 4. After the movie, we realized that there were bite marks on his right hand.

The next day, the bite marks became worse and after consulting with professionals, we were told that these were bites from bedbugs.
However, despite lodging a complaint through the customer service email a week ago, we have yet to receive a reply regarding this.
Is this sub standard service what GV provides now? This is so disappointing. Golden Village Mr Popcorn
