TWO MORE CONFIRMED CORONA CASES IN SINGAPORE, BOTH SINGAPOREAN

The following information is extracted from MOH

As of 6 February 2020, 2pm, the Ministry of Health (MOH) has confirmed two additional cases of 2019 novel coronavirus (2019-nCoV) infection in Singapore.

Of these, one case is a close contact of a previously confirmed case. The other case has no recent travel history to mainland China and does not appear to be linked with previous cases. 

Case 29

• 41-year-old Singaporean
• No recent travel to China
• No link with previous cases
• 28 Jan visited GP
• 30 Jan visited another GP
• Admitted to Mount Elizabeth On 3 Feb
• Confirmed with virus at 11 pm 5 feb

Case 30

• 27-year-old male Singaporean
• no recent travel history to China. 
  
• attended a private business meeting at Grand Hyatt Singapore from Jan 20 to 22.
