Symptoms on n 14 February visited a doctor on 14,16 February and 19 February.
On 19 Feb he visited Yishun Polyclinic as well.
He was sent to to Khoo Teck Puat Hospital in an ambulance on the same day. Test results confirmed that he is suffering from COVID-19 on the next day
He stays in a rental apartment at Woodlands Avenue 6. The following red line is Ave 6.
