According to the Police media release, they are looking for the man in the above photo to assist with investigations for an incident at Ang Mo Kio.

The Police seeks the man to assist with an investigation into a case of dishonest misappropriation of property. The incident was reported to the Police on the 5th Jan 2020 3.55 PM at Block 217 Ang Mo Kio Avenue 1.
