A fight between 2 groups of young people went viral after the video of the knife fight was see circulating on Facebook, a 19-year-old man was injured after the fight was taken to hospital.
The incident happened at Upper Cross Street in Chinatown on Sunday morning (10 May 2020)
So far, the Police were able to arrest 3 of the man that was rioting. The police are currently looking for the rest of the people that are involved, a manhunt is ongoing.
The video begins with a group teens hiding and in waiting of another group, part of the group ran away when the group came.
One of the teens were repeatedly slashed
According to the Police:
“A 19-year-old man was conveyed conscious to Singapore General Hospital,” a police spokesman said.
“Three persons have been arrested at the scene and a manhunt operation is currently underway to arrest the other people involved in the rioting case.”
