$240 CRABS FROM HOUSE OF SEAFOOD ARRIVE LATE WITH “FISHY SMELL”

Facebook user Sunny Han took to Facebook to complain on the quality of crabs from House of Seafood.

She ordered $240 worth of crabs to celebrate Mother’s Day but ended up disappointed with her order. An order for two black pepper crabs and one golden cream crab was placed from House of Seafood Punggol, but was deeply saddened when she opened the box.

Firstly the crabs arrived late but what shocked her was the pungent smell. Upon peeling the crabs, she realised that the flesh stuck to the shells which was one of the tell tail signs that the crabs weren’t fresh.

Overall, her mothers day celebration for her mother was a disaster and she urged netizens to pay attention of the quality of food before consumption.

Mr Huang, the owner of House of Seafood responded by informing customers that they can contact the restaurant directly if they have any complants.

He also apologized to Ms Han for the unpleasant experience and she guaranteed that the crabs are delivered fresh to them every day.
