According to the media release, A 27-year-old Bangladeshi national migrant worker was found dead at a dormitory located at 31 Kranji Crescent. The man was declared dead on the scene by SCDF paramedics on the 15 May 2020.

The deceased works for Kiat Lee Landscape & Building who managed the dormitory. The Ministry of Manpower had contacted the family of the deceased to send the body back to his home country.
This is the second case of death relating to migrant workers in Singapore within 3 weeks.
According the Ministry Of Health, the death of the deceased was not due to illness but more likely due to injuries from a fall from height.
