SAFE ENTRY FOR BUS/MRT INTERCHANGE, PREPARE TO SCAN QR CODES

According to a media release, Land Transport Authority(LTA) said that bus operators will gradually post SafeEntry QR codes in conspicuous places in MRT stations and bus interchanges.

The authorities encourage all passengers to scan the QR code when entering the station and emphasize that the information collected by the system will be used only when it is necessary to track close contacts of confirmed cases.

All mrt stations and bus interchanges will launch the registration system SafeEntry QR code. The Land Transport Authority encourages passengers to scan the code when they board the bus, so as to assist the authorities to track the people who have been in close contact with the patient when needed.
