A Facebook user, Clement Chia, has shared his nightmare that he’s having due to his tenants actions. Clement has stated that his tenant is a 28 year old Malaysian Chinese with a good educational background.
He stated that that there were certain rules in the tenancy agreement that she did not comply with.
1. No cooking anything other than simple maggie mee.
2. Aircon should be on for a maximum period of 8.5hrs only. And the aircon can only be turned on when she’s asleep and the temperation can only be set at a maximum of 24 degrees.
The tenant would cook food other than maggi mee and she would use the owner’s expensive pots, air fryer and microwave. The worse thing is she never ever washes it after using it. The tenant even complained that his air fryer become black and was damaged.
She was so dirty till a point that there were ants all over the house. She even set her aircon to the lowest temperature which was 18 degrees which cause heavy condensation which led to excessive water moisture on the surface of the opposite side of the wall.
She would even have her shit and menstrual blood all over the toilet bowl without even cleaning it. She would even smoke in the room. When confronted, she would even talk back to the tenant’s mother. This is indeed a tenant from hell.
