MAN SHOUTING HOKKIEN VULGAR @ TOA PAYOH

According to a video that is circulating on Whatsapp and Facebook, a dispute happened between two men.

The dispute happened at Toa Payoh Central.

The man is seen removing his mask and scolding Hokkien vulgarity(the full set combo of the Hokkien vulgarity mantra), while an elderly man with a cane believed to be the relative of him was seen trying to stop him.

According to the law, all residents in Singapore are required to wear a mask while out in the public during the circuit breaker. Anyone caught without wearing a mask will be fine for $300 and $1000 for repeat offenders.
