A 55 year old driver was arrested after causing the death a motorcyclist at the junction of Farrer Road. The accident led to a massive traffic jam along Farrer Road towards Queensway.

The police were alerted to the accident at 9.58am and stated that a 51 year old motor cyclist was pronounced dead at the scene. They further stated that a 55 year old male was arrested for dangerous driving causing death.
Police investigations are ongoing.
