Facebook user Edwin Ho posted onto Facebook a screenshot of Workers Party’s (WP) He Ting Ru’s Instagram Story, where she shared that an old man who had fallen on hard times wanted to make a small donation to the WP.

She added that he was collecting boxes to keep himself going but his spirit was still strong.
She said that as they were passing him some of their empty apple cartons, she almost cried on the spot.
