A Facebook user posted on her Facebook a “letter” responding to her neighbour’s feedback that her infant child is noisy.

She said that she can’t control whether her child wants to cry in the day or at night.
She added that after receiving her neighbour’s complaint, she gave her child a stern warning but isn’t sure if she quite understood it.
She suggested that her neighbour stop coming over to shout and scold her domestic helper as it has frightened both helper and baby.
She advised the neighbour to contact NEA, HDB or the Police to see if they have any other suggestions for her.
