MAN NOT HAPPY THAT HE WAS REMINDED TO PAY HIS FINE, SEND UPSKIRT PHOTOS TO FEMALE TRAFFIC POLICE

According to a media release, a 34-year-old man will be charged on the 02 Sep 2020 for insulting a female traffic police officer.

Apparently, the man had sent the female officer some upskirt photos of unknown people after she sent a message to him as a reminder to pay off his outstanding fine. The incident happened on the 29 May 2020, the police officer sent him a text after he did not pick up her call. In response to her text, the man sent some insulting text to her along with some upskirt photos.

The incident was reported and the man was arrested on the 03 Jun 2020.

According to the law, anyone found guilty of insulting a public servant in relation to the execution of their duties could be jailed up to 1 year, fine up to $5,000 or both.
