A 48-year-old man was charged earlier today (05 Sep) for his suspected involvement in molesting a 17-year-old girl on public transport.

The incident happened on the 28 Aug 2020 at around 10.10 pm on a bus along Tao Payoh Lor 2. The police were alerted on the case and arrested the man after they identified his identity.
If convicted of molestation, the man could face a jail term up to two years, fined, caned or any of the combinations between the three.
