The term voyeurist seems to never stray far from NUS students. A NUS student has pleaded guilty for filming women showering in the campus.

The 27-year-old criminal Joel Rasis Ismail is facing 10 charges of which 3 charges he pleaded guilty to are 2 charges of insulting a woman’s modesty and 1 charge of criminal trespass.
The other 7 charges are of similar nature and he will be facing judgement on September 28.
Six of which is trespassing in a residential toilet in NUS, known as the Kuok Foundation House.
The remaining three charges were related to upskirt videos
