Woo May Hoe, 50, was hauled back to court on Friday (Oct 30) over numerous allegations that include forcing two of her devotees to swallow human faeces.

She is also believed to have cheated her devotees of more than $3.5 million. She even committed violent acts against them which include using pliers to extract and break their teeth.
Woo had pretended to be “the embodiment of an (Indian) goddess” for eight years and attracted “certain devotees”, who are the subject of the charges. She is currently facing a total of 10 charges which includes cheating and causing grievous hurt.
There were a total of 19 victims so far and it is believed that there are actually more victims than the amount stated.
Woo will return to court on Nov 6.
