A 32-year-old driver was slammed with $200 fine and 6 demerits after he was filmed driving with two women seated on his car bonnet.

The incident happened on 14 Nov 2020 at Ellington Square. The video of the incident has been uploaded on social media and has been circulated widely.
From the video, the 2 women were seen holding on to the side mirror of the car while they were enjoying the ride. Both women were seen with a smile on their face while they were enjoying their ride.
According to the police, the driver was fined for the offence of conveying passengers in a dangerous manner.
