
Sean Lim recently posted on the Facebook page Complaint Singapore to voice his frustration after dealing with an aircon servicing company who provided him with bad service. The company even blocked him on Facebook.

Had a bad experience with best price aircon service, engage them to clean our home aircon and compressor, service and reply was quick before cleaning done but after sales service is bad. Tired messaging them that the compressor was not clean properly, the admin said that will check and get back to me and that’s the last time I heard from them. Tried calling in same thing say have to check and I ask if the Facebook admin is working and the operator say yes and I ask why aren’t they replying, she mention that will ask the Facebook admin to get back to me and after so long I’m block now

Please do not engage or patronise their business. I’m lucky that I did not sign their package which was offered during cleaning as the person was quite hard selling.
