Photos emerged online showing a strange sea creature that looks like a hybrid between a crocodile, a monitor lizard, a fish and even a mermaid.

The stranger creature could be seen lying on the banks of Macritchie reservoir and it appeared to be dead.
Netizens have advised the couple to inform AVA and NParks.
