A netizen took to Facebook to share how the residents at her estate are using the incense burners as rubbish bins.

She wrote that garbage such as used face masks, snacks wrappers, drink cans and etcetera are being discarded into the religious bins in lieu of the rubbish bins.
This is actually rather disrespectful as the bins serve a religious purpose.
