A video was recently uploaded on the Facebook page Roads.sg which shows 2 kids standing through the car’s sunroof which exposed their heads.

Such actions are indeed dangerous as no parents would want their children exposed to such risk. It is an offence to operate your car without occupants wearing seat belts. Risking your own loved ones for minutes of fun is simply irresponsible as an adult.
