Killer litter at Chua Chu Kang nearly hit my son

Dear Singapore Uncensored,

I was walking along the walkway with my son when we suddenly heard a loud thump. My son and I was taken aback by the brick looking items thrown down. Beware nowsdays a lot of inconsiderate people doing it for the fun of i hope the Police will look into or something.
