A Malaysian girl(Ker Qian) was scouted by an acquaintance to work as a dance instructor in Malaysia and was eventually received numerous sexual harassments and abused from the employer
Job offer as dance instructor
Initially, the job offer included her to manage a dance studio and she was given the impression that she will be like a “boss” in the dance studio and she would not need to put in any of her money but at the same time.
The employer stated that he has put in RM100,000 to open the dance studio and felt that the Ker Qian would be a perfect choice to manage the studio.
Harassments
As time goes by, she was further told to called called the boss as a master and the man would reply to her as if she is his “slave”.
Requirements for more employees
Ker Qian was also told to seek out more dance instructors for the studio and this was his requirements.

When the employer was questioned, he said “because people from such background are more hardworking”
Told to give her body to the employer
The harresements got out of hand and she was eventually confronted by the employer to give her body to him in another words engaging in intercourse.
In the video, Ker Qian also stated that the employer is married with kids yet he behaved in such a manner.
