Here is the story:

“Hi, i was hoping you could use your high followers to help spread the word.

So basically, what happened was my father-in-law works for foodpanda.

He received a cash order and like any other delivery person, he paid for the food first then proceeded to the delivery address.

The recipient then told my father-in-law that his card had problems and he did not have cash on himself and he would definitely pay up via paynow/paylah by 3/4pm.

My father-in-law is usually a very careful person and would always decline any paynow, paylah or bank transfer and would only accept cold hard cash.

He told me the recipient sounded very convincing and believable saying things like ‘Uncle i really very hungry, please let me eat first, i won’t run your money one’.

He has since sent in a complaint to foodpanda and has also received the amount of $17.60 from foodpanda.

I just want to share that NO MATTER how convincing the recipient sound, if it’s a cash order ,just accept STRICTLY cash and nothing else, not even bank transfer or paynow or paylah as all these ibanking shit is reversible and you’d prolly be unable to receive your money too.

But seriously wtf, my father-in-law is 60 years old and supporting a family of 7 people with a baby on the way and there are scums out there smoking their way through only fking $17.60.

What a shame, now his number non contactable also.”
