RESIDENT’S NEW CLOTHES KANA BURN BY CIG BUTT THROWN FROM UNIT ABOVE

Imagine going shopping having a nice dinner with your family after dine-in has been allowed only to have your newly bought clothes burned by a cigarette butt.

A netizen posted a complaint online stating that she had just bought a new shirt for her son, after washing it she leaves it hanging outside but was shocked to discover that a hole has burned through it the next day.

Here is what she said:

We bought this shirt day before yesterday for our son and last night it was drying outside. Today morning when we take it in we notice the burning smell and a cigarette was thrown from some moron upstairs did this to the shirt. 

why the hell do they need to throw out a cigarette like this?

Under the Environmental Public Health Act, stiff penalties can be meted out for high-rise littering offences.
