A 17-year-old boy was sentenced to 15 months probation on 20 August.
He reportedly made an underaged girl pregnant while he was still under investigation over sexual activities with another girl, who was also underaged.
The boy and his victims cannot be named due to a gag order protecting their identities.
He pleaded guilty back in June to two counts of sexual penetration of a minor.
He was aware that both girls were under the age of 16 at the time of the offences.
He met his first victim, a 14-year-old girl at a friend’s home last February.
She was lying on the bed resting, when he unzipped her jeans and had sex with her.
The offence soon came to light and the boy was under investigation at the time, when he targeted his 15-year-old girlfriend.
She had run away from her home last October and found shelter at his home.
They slept together and had unprotected sex, resulting in the girl becoming pregnant.
She later suffered a miscarriage and received treatment at KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital.
