The notable projects are a new crematorium complex in Mandai and also a bus depot in Woodlands.

NEA said that Greatearth Construction, who is the main contractor for the new crematorium complex in Mandai, was expected to complete the project by end 2022.

NEA said that they will further evaluate available options to mitigate the damages caused by the delay.

Meanwhile, LTA said that Greatearth Corporation and Gamuda Berhad Singapore were awarded the contract for Gali Batu Bus Depot in November 2019.

LTA is currently discussing with Gamuda on how to ensure the project continues to run smoothly with minimal impact on the completion timeframe.

Currently, 15% of the project has been completed and full completion is estimated to be around 2024.

JTC also has two projects awarded to joint ventures involving Greatearth Construction in 2019 and 2020.

These projects are involving the construction of a key development and infrastructure works in the Bulim area and one of the precincts in the up and coming Jurong Innovation District.

However, JTC does not foresee any delays to the ongoing works as the partners in the joint ventures have agreed to take charge and fulfill the completion commitments according to the contract.
