In the first video, the man claimed that he would clean it up but it seems that he has no tools to clean up at all. The woman then left the place but the story does not end here.

Say he will clean but BS

But moments later, the man was seen in a 2nd video sweeping the fur with his foot into the grass.

Under the Environmental Public Health Act (EPHA), the maximum fine for a littering offence is $2,000 for the first court conviction, $4,000 for the second conviction, and $10,000 for the third and subsequent convictions.

The 2nd video:

Ya right, clean up my foot.
