Here is the story:

“Bought on first day from *name withheld*

there were not much customers but after mentioning that i am purchasing the bird, the manager came to collect $ and pack it up

Even after requesting for guidance they walked off and did not bother to help me out.

Hence i brought it to 2 other experienced birdkeeper and the moment they saw it they were shocked that i had actually gotten a sick bird and they tried their best to help the poor baby bird out to save it.

After the baby is slightly stronger i brought it back to the shop and requested for assistance, however the manager was being super rude throughout sales & after sales service.

And not wanting to admit that it was his fault.

Only when SPF n AVS were involved he offered to take care of the bird and would call me when recovered.

But 2 days later this heartbreaking image was wat is received.
