Hi all Parents, we have encounter bad experience with Asset Agency, we had hired a helper from them, we paid around $3k+ for the agent fee, however we only used this helper for 3 weeks then we found out she is pregnant 5-6 weeks (Based on her Blood test report). she already pregnant when she work with previous employer. therefore We demand Asset to refund us the agency fee, however until today they never give us any response since last friday (3/9/2021). now we have no maid to take care our 4 months baby. me and my husband take turn to take leave & take care our baby.
Asset just drag us and told us wait their management reply our email. we want Asset management phone no as we want to talk to someone who can make the decision, the sales girl told us no number to call but only email.
we have check this agency from EA directory, we know that the attached photo is the boss. when we went to their office he told us he is just an admin staff, he not dare to face / settle this issue with us. just drag…, the KH not only pretend as admin, he ask us in Chinese with temper, ni men yao zen yang…we were not there for fighting but he as a KH, not looking into discuss solutions with customer but looking for fight and shout to a lady…
