A video emerged online showing a chain collision that took place on the PIE.

A van had rear ended a motorcyclist and sent the rider flying and sprawled onto the floor.
The car in front had stopped all of a sudden, purportedly because a lorry infront had abruptly changed into lane 1 and catching the car in front by surprise.
The rider was unfortunately sandwiched in the middle of the vehicles.
The condition of the rider remains unclear.
