“AH BENG” REFUTES ARTISTES CLAIMS OF PROFESSION BEING ESSENTIAL

A video was shared on the “A group where we pretend to be YP Bengs” Facebook group where someone posted a video of an “ah beng” refuting claims that an artiste job is considered important and essential.

On a newspaper article on Sunday (Jun 14), it was reported that 71 per cent of respondents in a poll regarded “artist” as “non-essential”. Many artistes came forward to refute this by stating that their jobs were both important and essential.

But this “ah beng” stated that they were considered not essential especially in this current pandemic period. He goes on to say that the medical profession was considered more important than the artiste profession. You can watch his whole video below as what he actually said makes a lot of sense.
