Am I wrong for not being friends with my best friend after she hung out with my ex?
I (F18) was dating my ex (M20) for almost 9 months. My best friend (F18) would hangout with us all the time, however a few weeks back, my ex broke up with me out of the blue and barely gave me reasons.
I was in a really dark place and my best friend was there for me the day he broke up with me.
My mum suggested that I go to JB with her that weekend to get away from it all. I invited my best friend and she ended up saying her mum wouldn’t let her go, which made me very suspicious of because since she turned 18, her mum has never said no to her.
I brushed it off and went with my mum.
While we were in the hotel, I decided to check my best friend and ex’s locations and discovered that they were both off.
They had them on for me all the time so I got upset and was suspecting they were together.
I get home after the weekend and my friend calls me and tells me she was with him that day, saying that she understands if I don’t want to be friends and that she regrets what she did.
I stopped replying to her as I needed space and time and she texts me asking what she did wrong and said she was just gonna unfriend me.
A lot of drama happened but fast forward to last week, I found out from my ex that they actually liked each other and had kissed that day when they hung out together.
