The Singapore PR, Philip Richard Mockridge, committed the offences between November 2020 and May 2021.

He allegedly failed to wear a mask on 26 November 2020 at Sengkang MRT station at about 10.15pm, Serangoon MRT station on 19 December 2020 at around 11pm, and at City Square Mall on 16 May 2021 at 8.47pm.

Arrest warrant issued previously

He was previously charged in Dember last year but failed to show up in court and had an arrest warrant issued for him, before being remanded and eventually showed up in court on 12 January.

His hearing on 12 January was adjourned to today, with the prosecutor citing the need to complete investigations as well as for the AGC to submit additional charges.
