At Jurong Point today… make up top tier, but the body size make up cannot hide, Godzilla…

Today was chilling at Jurong Point near the MRT entrance waiting for my friend, then out of nowhere saw this girl walking towards my direction.

First glance from far away—wah piang, face damn chio! Makeup standard super high, looks like those Korean influencer type. Hair styled nicely, features sharp, eyes big big. But when she walked closer under the bright mall lights, I realized her makeup was super thick… literally look like she took her whole face and smashed it directly into a tray of powder like that. Layer upon layer, completely full coverage until no pore can be seen.

Anyway, as she was walking past, she actually looked directly at me and gave a slight smile. My heart jumped a bit, right? I was thinking “wah heng ah, got chio bu smile at me.” So I smiled back for like half a second, feeling a bit proud.

Then she walked even nearer… and my eyes naturally drifted down.

KNN, the plot twist of the century. God give her a angel face (with 10kg of makeup), but the body wah piang… Godzilla is real! King Kong! She was wearing this tight outfit that couldn’t hide anything. I was genuinely stunned in silence. The contrast between the heavily curated, powdered face and the actual frame was just insane.

I was just standing there thinking to myself: bro, no matter how much high-end makeup or contouring powder you slather on your face, it really cannot save or mask the pui pui body frame. Face can lie with 10 layers of foundation, but physics and body shape cannot lie one.

In the end I just quickly turned my head away, grabbed my KOI boba tea, and walked off before things got awkward. JP really got all kinds of interesting sightings every weekend.

Moral of the story: always look at the full picture, don’t just judge from 20 meters away based on a heavily powdered face. End of random Sunday thoughts.
