A Grab rider demands that Grab be more strict with the code of conduct of drivers’ outlook. She messaged them via Facebook stating;
“Kindly be more strict to your drivers even if it is on hitch because it is still serving the community. Driving for the public and/or community should be with pride and honour.
Wearing formal isn’t demanding as most of he workers working part time jobs outside also required to wear formal even though they are just working for merely 4 hours.
If you look at it and ask around, many of the hitch, taxi and private hire car drivers actually do agree that drivers serving the public and community must look smart and neat so wearing formal (button shirt with black pants, belt and tie) is a must.”
