BEAUTY SALON AND 5 EATERIES AT GOLDEN MILE, PENINSULA & ETC, FINED FOR COVID-19 VIOLATIONS

A beauty salon as well as 5 eateries were fined for being guilty of Covid-19 rules violation(s).

The businesses were at Golden Mile Complex, Golden Mile Tower, People’s Park Complex and Peninsula Plaza.

The six offenders are (according to Enterprise Singapore):

  • New Udon Thai Food (Golden Mile Complex) – fined $2,000 (the eatery’s 2nd offence)
  • Leng Saap, Yanant Thit, Little Myanmar Restaurant and King of Fried Rice (Golden Mile Tower & Peninsula Plaza) – fined $1,000.

They were all fined for failing to observe minimum 1 metre safe-distancing between groups of diners.

Finally, the last offender is Mei Mei Beauty, at People’s Park Complex, they were fined $1,000 because the beautician held the a thread in her mouth, which is not allowed at the moment.
