Here the story.
This person post on fb of iphonex 256gb at $700. My frd ask y so cheap) then she said on promotion till today (sun) tom price got up to &$1650 and if u pay now u can get set at 11.30pm. So my frd thou good deal y not. Which she don kbow market price 256gb cost almost 1.5k to 1.7k.
She blindly tsfer the $$ then expect to get the set at 11.30pm then at ard 11.05pn she message my frd said delivery until 11pm. Said she will get her set tomorrow morning. My frd said she will only be home at 2pm on monday. So she just happy wait till 9am she message my frd said item got inspection at changi airport then need to pay $380 for clearance and as promise after that she can get her set. (1st time) then said she will get her $380 back after the clearance and will get the set
Then after that she message my frd again at 11plus and said custom at airport refuse to release the item must pay $480. Then she paid again. (2ND TIME)
Then again said the delivery made mistake of got 10 set of iphone. Ask to pay $500 (3rd time)
Then said no more payment sge will pay confirm. Then said will get her set at 2pm.
Then at 3.15pm my frd sms her ask is the set on the way or what. Said she is sorting out now. At ard 4plus ask my frd go hougang ave 8 pick up an item.
Sound fishy right.. Why go the plc which she suppose to be at home receive the iphonex why like this. So don wan lose the $$$ she hv paid and promise to refund her after she take the set. Went to hougang and call a girl name H ching and found out is a scam.
The girl H ching said she is selling a baby carrier which sell at $60 but not sure why was amt tsfer to ger of $500….suggest my friend to make police report.
Have lodge police report and wait for investigation.
Please do not fall into her trap….
BE CAREFUL NO SUCH THING PHONE SELL AT SO LOW PRICE….. I PITY MY FRD. ALL HER SALARY ALL GONE JUZ BECOZ OF THIS SCAM. CHEAT HER 2K
