On 11.4.2017 at Suvarnabhumi Airpoirt in Bangkok hundreds of Thai passengers who thought they gotten a bargain tour to Japan were left high and dry.
The promised trip to Japan did not materialise during the Songkran Festival with employees of the company went missing in action.
The company Facebook page has also been taken down.
Nearly 300 people lodge their complain at Suvarnabhumi Airport’s police station.
Wealth Ever a supposed travel agent, had customer paying fees ranging from 15,000 to 20,000 baht ($600 to $800), for a trip to Japan between April 13 and 15.
The Bangkok Post reported that one victim had paid the company over 88,200 baht to make purchase for 10 tour packages.
The police has to assist with crowd control in the airport as it was already crowded with Thais departing from the country during the Songkran holiday.
About 2,000 said to have bought packages with the firm are coming to the airport on Wednesday.
