My son was hit by e-scooter on 24th Oct 2018 at 1pm just in front of Blk 487 Jurong West Avenue 1 carpark. The rider is a young boy around 12yrs old blasting loud music n looking at his HP when he hit my son and he quickly went off without stopping to attend to my son!!!
The red circle is the spot where my son fell. Pls help to share these photos to catch tat irresponsible rider.
