BLUESG USER CLAIMS THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE STANDARDS HAVE DROPPED

A netizen who is a user of the BlueSG service shared a post on social media and alleges that the customer service standard of the company has dropped drastically since the pandemic started.

The netizen had found a pink Samsung NX1000 camera set which was left behind in the boot by the previous user of the BlueSG vehicle which he had just rented and had contacted the customer service team seeking advice on how he can hand the camera set over to them.

However, according to him, the customer service operator refused to advise on how the lost and found item could be returned to BlueSG and even when the netizen offered to courier the item over, it was declined by the operator.

“Found a pink Samsung NX1000 camera set at the car boot of Bluesg vehicle no. SMQ 535E FV03688.

Called Bluesg hotline and spoken to Ms Jasmine who couldn’t provide any practical solutions as to how do I hand over this camera set to them even though I had offered to pay for courier service this camera set to Bluesg office which Ms Jasmine declined and unable to provide any timing for their technican to collect the set from me remotely.

Wonder is it me or the customer service level of Bluesg has been declining dramatically especially during this COVID-19 pandemic.”
