A photo of an injured boy had been circulating on social media. According to the photo posted, a boy was badly injured after a piece of concrete had fallen off the ceiling while the boy is in the shower.

The father of the boy was alerted after hearing screams coming from the toilet. When he arrived at the scene a big piece of concrete were found shattered on the floor and his son was found bleeding on his back.
