I think it a no brainer that the mgmt of Bugis junctions should do something about this unsightly rubbish overflow. This would happen most of the time during the weekend especially when the streets get super busy. I understand maybe the cleaner themselves are very busy during the weekend.
Should they get bigger bins to contain the rubbish? I mean it is, after all, a tourist attraction, it is really not in line with our green and clean city? Plus its a hygiene concern attracting flies and other pests with so many food outlets around I can’t imagine it getting into your foods
