Pictures of a purchase from Lazada was recently posted by Facebook user Justin Joyfish on the page Complaint Singapore. He purchased the pillow and when he received the item, the pillow cam with hairs that were visible that were embedded in the foam pillow.

Beware of the lazada seller, J&C.. Selling pillow etc. On 12Dec bought the foam pillow w cover on it. As CNY coming soon, we took out the cover n shocked to see many hairs (dun know who DNA hair, all different sizes) all embedded in the foam. Yet to cut open the foam. Totally unhygienic to use foam with human hairs, maybe others human xxx. Now who to report Case or Police.. But not lazada
