Facebook page ROADS.SG recently posted a picture of a man who was cycling on the expressway and he was pulled over by a concerned driver.

The driver stated how he almost ran over the cyclist and he would have smashed into him if he wasn’t alert and applied his e-brake. It was believed that the man was cycling on the ECP towards the airport without any lights, no helmet, using an ear piece while wearing a dark coloured attire.
The driver then proceeded to stop his car to confront the cyclist to get him off the expressway. He then told the cyclist that they were not allowed to ride on their bicycle on the expressway.
