Yesterday four more cases were confirmed and one of the cases(Case 79) is a 35-year-old female Malaysian national who works in Singapore, She has no recent travel history to China but she had recent contact with a Chinese National.
She is currently warded in an isolation room at NCID. She is also a family member of case 72.
“Case 72 is a 40-year-old male Chinese national who is a Singapore Work Pass holder and has no recent travel history to China. He is a non-medical contact of Case 59. “
She first reported symptoms on the 12 of Feb 2020, she is a close contact of Case 72 which was confirmed for the Coronavirus on the 15 Feb 2020. She has been placed under quarantine since 15 Feb but was send to NCID on 17 Feb.
Before she was served a Quarantine Order, she had gone to work at FoodXchange @ Admiralty (8A Admiralty Street).
She stays at Woodlands Crescent.Â
