GUY SECRETLY TRAINING HIS GF LIKE A DOG TO MAKE HER GOOD AT CATCHING THINGS

0

I have been secretly honing my girlfriends ability to catch things.

She was absolutely horrible at catching things, and shes told me shes mildly insecure about it. She has many insecurities that i do my best to comfort and help her with, but this. This is something i can definitely help her with.

So i commited.

Over the past 9 months I have been throwing things, more and more each passing day. At the start, she would always drop it and we would laugh it off and tease each other. But slowly. Slowly she was getting better.

Now, her reflexes have massive improved and her catching skill are of a god damn Olympic champion. I’m not even kidding, it’s freaking insane. I give her everything by throwing it to her now (minus fragile objects of course).

I don’t ever plan to tell her about this because she’s been bragging about how much her ability to catch just randomly started improving and I don’t want to take her spotlight or make her feel like I’m taking the credit for her improvement.

I also just really like hearing her shocked and giddy laugh and her ear to ear smile when she catches things in really awkward positions (between two of her fingers, between her wrists, behind her back while looking at her phone at the same time, are things I can think of off the top of my head).

Netizens’ comments

  1. I think she was secretly training you.
  2. Idk why OP thinks his GF is bad at catching. OP is a catch and his GF held on to him just fine <3
  3. It’s nice to see a positive post once in a while instead of all the usual boyfriend girlfriend negative ones.
  4. I think she realized but decided not to tell u because of how happy it made u
  5. You’re gonna have to work your way up to fragile things eventually. I recommend eggs. People are surprisingly good at catching eggs.
  6. Throw a TV at her next time and see how it goes.

BOSS PIAK FEMALE STAFF BECAUSE HE WANT TO “TRY TO BE INVOLVED IN THEIR LIVES”

0

I work in an office and am the manager of twenty employees. I try to be involved in my employees lives and be supportive when possible.

Last week one of my front office staff (f27) was having a rough day. Her boyfriend informed her he wanted to see other people.

She was obviously upset and asked her to come into my office, asked her if she was doing okay, and she broke down and began crying.

She let me know what was happening and a lot of the female staff are very open with me in regards to their personal life.

I asked if she wanted to go home and she let me know being at work would help keep her mind off things so she was going to stay.

Throughout the day I’d stop in to see how she was doing, and one time I walked up behind her and had my hand on her chair, she placed her hand on mine, and asked why all guys couldn’t be as caring and considerate as me.

I moved my hand, decided it would be best to go back to my office, asked her about the upcoming reports, and let her know if she needed anything to let me know.

Everyone had gone home for the day and she came wandering into my office. She said she was sorry for taking my hand, that it was inappropriate, and she could tell it made me uncomfortable.

As I was letting her know we needed to keep things professional I couldn’t help but notice how amazing she looked. She was wearing a tight white skirt, tall boots, and a blue top.

My mind was struggling to focus when she leaned over my desk, her shirt exposing her amazing rack being held in by a pink lace bra that looked amazing on her.

I could feel my pants getting tighter and she caught me looking down her shirt, said oh I’m sorry as she stood back up and walked around my desk.

We then made out and my heart was pounding and I was was getting harder which she noticed, saying someone’s happy, as she reached to undo my dress pants.

Long story short, we f-ed inside the office and I finished inside her.

She stood up, got dressed, and thanked me for the best f of her life. That’s been two weeks ago and every time I see her she looks at me seductively and asks when our next meeting is.

I know I shouldn’t but I want to f her again.

FRESH GRAD START 1ST JOB, FEEL MISERABLE BECAUSE NEED TO STAND AT WORK, WANT TO CRY

0

Fresh grad in SG starting full time job

This is probably a phase that everyone faces before as they start their first full time job and it’s not uncommon. But I still have to write it out because it’s really bothering me and I have no idea how to cope with it…

It’s only been a few days yet I’m already feeling miserable. My job requires me to stand from morning till evening with 1 hour of lunch break. Saturdays also have to work half day. I think I’m still trying to adapt to this kind of lifestyle, thus the feeling of misery.

I didn’t know I have so much discomfort in my chest until when I shared it with a trusted someone of how I actually felt, tears just flow out uncontrollably. I’m having difficulty with this “change”.

When I am faced with a difficulty and tried to ask someone, the someone would tell me to ask another person from another department, while that department tell me to ask someone else from my department, but my department ppl tell me to go find that department, it’s like a merry-go-round.

Another thing, in this fast pace environment whereby everyone is walking here and there trying to do things really fast and also accurately, when I’m not sure about things, I have to try to be very very thick-skin and ask someone when in doubt, even though they are busy… and their face would be really nasty… (not in a good mood kind of nasty) it’s like, you are really on your own out here… I feel like being thrown to the sharks.

Ok. before you mention about the “strawberry gen”, I’m trying really hard to cope with this, to try to chill and find someone to talk to, and also seeking opinions from ppl here. So please don’t be mean in the comments.

People who have already passed this “phase” please tell me how I can deal with this in a healthy way, how to encourage myself and make myself to be in a better mood.

WIFE HAD AFFAIR OUTSIDE, SINCE THEN WHEN PIAK WITH HUSBAND BECOME MORE VIOLENT

0

A little preface. My wife expressed a desire to open our marriage multiple times to me over the course of about 2 months.

I gave it some time to think it over and ultimately declined, I told her it’s just not something I would be comfortable with.

Then a couple weeks later she Demanded that we open our marriage, I asked her why she needed or marriage to be opened and the only real explanation I got was “I don’t know, to feel something” .

So I chalked it up to her mental health and explained some options on how to tackle this professionally, seeing a Therapist more regularly, trying to process her feelings and figuring out what need she is missing.

I’ll be the first to say I really didn’t know the right way to go about this and how to help her so I thought a therapist would be the next logical step.

About a month later she started having an affair with an ex boyfriend from school, it had been going on for an additional month before I caught her.

It’s been a month since I found out now and to boil down a long process we’ve decided to at least try and work on things and communication.

We have a lot more intercourse recently but she’s wanting more and more violent things. We’ve had normal ones (nothing most people haven’t done before) previously but now she’s wanting me to pin her, force myself on her, hit her, and simulate rape on her.

I’m comfortable with it so far but it’s like it’s building to the point where I’m not going to be comfortable with it if it’s any more extreme.

I’ve tried talking to her about it but I’ve come to realize she cannot express her feelings in words. Most of the time it’s still “I don’t know it’s like a switch flipped” and I understand it may just be something she likes but given the trauma our marriage has been through I have a suspicion it’s coming from a bad place.

Has anybody else had an experience like this or some advice on how to go about navigating this? I’m really at a loss on how to handle this so any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

S’POREAN GIRLS BRING MAID OF 20 YEARS TO KOREA FOR HOLIDAY, “THANK YOU FOR RAISING US UP”

0

Instagram user Melody (@meowiie2) shared a heartwarming story about how she and her sister took their maid of more than 20 years to Korea for a holiday, to bid her farewell as she is retiring and her visa can only be renewed one last time.

She thanked her maid, “Auntie Mary”, for raising her up and missing her own children’s life events such as marriages and the births of her 12 grandchildren.

Here is what she said

The reason I went to Seoul:

The matriarch in my household has always been ‘Aunty Mary’ as I’ve known her since she came into my life when I was 6 years old.

Her name isn’t even Mary – but all I knew was that she would be my full time ‘care taker’ while my parents went to work. For the next 24 years she lived in my childhood home bringing up me and my sister.

During these two and a half decades she has given up the opportunity to physically be a part of her own family to care for mine.

She has missed the union of her children, the birth of 12 grandchildren, the death of her parents during this time, and more.

For a long time she was the mother we never had at home. She has lived in Singapore longer than I’ve lived, working as a domestic helper, sending back every cent she makes back home to her family that lives in a village north of Manila.

At 68 years of age, her visa can only be renewed one last time and with life taking me to Sweden and my sister to london, we brought her for a retirement holiday as a thank you and goodbye. How did 24 years slip away so quickly?

Thank you for bringing us up. we love you.

Tragedy struck the serene shores of Teluk Senangin Beach in Lumut, Malaysia, as a courageous 19-year-old, Mr. Muhammad Fahmi Hafizi Mohd Fadzli, lost his life while attempting to save another person from drowning.

This heartbreaking incident unfolded earlier this morning at around 10 am, according to The Straits Times.

A Hero’s Selfless Act

Mr. Muhammad Fahmi Hafizi Mohd Fadzli, a resident of Sungai Bakap in Penang, was enjoying the crystal-clear waters of Teluk Senangin Beach.

The Hero’s Last Moments

DRUNK-DRIVER SIAM ROAD BLOCK & HIT CAR BEFORE ABANDONING HIS PORSCHE & FLED, ARRESTED

0

In the dead of night, the quiet streets of Singapore witnessed a dramatic series of events that would unfold into a high-stakes pursuit involving a suspected drink driver.

The incident, which took place on August 22, left three occupants of another car injured and it was one of three incidents that happened on 22 August that saw suspected drink-drivers being arrested, according to The Straits Times.

Among one of the arrested was a suspected drunk driver who beat a red light before crashing into a Honda car and injuring the occupants inside, and abandoning his Porsche and fleeing the scene.

The Singapore Police Force addressed the media on 21 September at the police headquarters and shed light on the incidents, including the Serangoon Road incident.

A Night of Chaos

The first incident took place along Serangoon Road, when a 34-year-old suspected drink driver allegedly beat a red light before crashing into a Honda and damaging a lamp post in the process.

The drunk driver then abandoned his Porsche and fled the scene, before being tracked down by the police and arrested.

The second incident occurred when officers from Tanglin Police Division noticed a car stopping about 100 metres away at about 3.20am in the morning – the 42-year-old driver had ran from the scene before being tracked down by police in 2 hours and arrested for evading a road block as well as drink driving.

The third incident saw a 27-year-old woman arrested by police officers from Bedok Police Division, after she had similarly stopped her car about 100 metres away from the officers at a roadblock; she was also arrested for suspected drink driving and evading a roadblock.

Serangoon Road case

The events began to unfold on Serangoon Road, where a 34-year-old man was allegedly involved in a collision with a Honda car after running a red light.

Shockingly, instead of stopping to assess the situation and render assistance, the driver of the Porsche fled the scene, leaving behind a trail of destruction.

The collision also resulted in damage to a lamp post, adding to the gravity of the situation.

The Singapore Police Force swiftly responded to the incident, with officers from various divisions converging on the scene.

Meanwhile, the occupants of the Honda car, who had sustained injuries in the collision, were rushed to Tan Tock Seng Hospital for medical attention. The pursuit of the Porsche driver continued relentlessly.

Senior Staff Sergeant Mohamed Hafiz Maideen, from the K-9 Unit, was among the first officers to arrive at the crash site after the authorities were alerted. He described how he used an unusual yet effective method to track down the Porsche driver.

He said that he used the driver’s wallet that was found in the car and introduced its scene to his dog, before the dog led them to Upper Serangoon Road and to the driver’s home at Potong Pasir.

Sergeant Muhammad Adzlan Hussein and another officer then proceeded to the unit and they knew the man was home because they saw a man matching his description in a CCTV footage, and they described him as walking unsteadily and looking drunk.

They knocked on his door but he didn’t answer, and other officers that included those from the Special Operations Command were deployed, after one of the officers believed that the man was barricading himself inside.

The ground commander then gave the green light to breach the unit, and officers forced their way in at 6am before finding the man inside the toilet wearing nothing and unharmed – he then wore his clothes before being arrested by the police.

RACIST TADA DRIVER INSULTS INDIAN PASSENGER & CALLS HER “THE WORST”, TADA INVESTIGATING

A video emerged online showing a PHV (private hire vehicle) driver going on a racist tirade against a passenger, following an argument over a child seat for the woman’s child, according to The Straits Times.

The Viral Video

The incident came to light when a video recording of the altercation was shared on TikTok by user Rhiley36746. The video was captioned “this Tada driver was being racist to my aunty and younger cousin.”

It was later reposted on Wakeupsingapore‘s Instagram account with a caption that accused the Tada driver of racism towards the passenger and her family. The video quickly gained attention, sparking outrage and condemnation from viewers.

The Child Seat Dispute

The video, which extends for over a minute, begins with the ride already ongoing. The driver is heard in the video emphasizing that the passenger’s child is less than 1.35 meters tall and claiming to have given her a “chance”.

The passenger attempts to explain that her daughter is only nine years old and 1.37 meters in height, but the driver dismisses her explanation, insisting that the regulation specifies a height of 1.35 meters, for child seats.

As the passenger suggests filing a complaint, the driver responds by labeling her actions as illegal. The tension escalates further when the passenger questions the driver about his accusation. The driver appears to accuse the passenger of instructing him to go in the wrong direction, which triggers an aggressive response.

A Shocking Racist Outburst

The most alarming part of the confrontation occurs when the driver makes racially insensitive comments. He tells the passenger, “You are Indian, I am Chinese, you are the very worst customer.”

The passenger, who identifies herself as Singaporean-Eurasian, asserts her heritage, but the driver continues to make racially charged remarks, telling her “no worry, no worry, I know you Indian, I’m Chinee, you trying to be funny with me.”

Amidst the heated exchange, the passenger rightfully calls out the driver for his racism. She points out that there are Singaporean-Indians and condemns the driver’s prejudiced behavior. She told him that “you are racist,” before the video cuts off.

MAN BOUGHT SHENG SIONG’S WHOLE STOCK OF FISH FOR $400, SET THEM FREE IN CANAL @ GHIM MOH

0

In a heartwarming act of kindness, a netizen recently witnessed an extraordinary event at a canal near Block 25 Ghim Moh Link.

A man, accompanied by a staff member from Sheng Siong supermarket, set over 30 fish free, spending approximately S$400 to do so, according to Shin Min Daily News.

A Surprising Encounter

The netizen, a 62-year-old parkgoer who is also a retiree, Mr. Lu, has frequented the area for more than four decades.

He saw a man releasing a multitude of fish into the canal, and to his surprise, a Sheng Siong staff member was assisting in this benevolent act.

A Belief in Good Karma

Mr. Lu, a Buddhist, firmly believes that setting animals free can bring about good karma. He observed that the man wore a happy and gratified smile as he watched the fish swim freely in the water. This act of kindness clearly resonated with Mr. Lu’s own values and beliefs.

The man, dressed in a white shirt, demonstrated his commitment to the cause by climbing over the canal railings to reach the water.

With a styrofoam box in hand, he gingerly descended the slippery steps and gently released the fish into the canal. Mr. Lu, who had been a regular morning walker in the area for decades, found this sight heartwarming.

A Selfless Purchase

A worker from Sheng Siong spoke to SMDN and shared that before this act unfolded, the man visited a Sheng Siong supermarket.

Upon arriving, he expressed his intention to purchase all the live fish available in the store. However, he didn’t disclose the purpose behind this unusual request.

A Sheng Siong staff member assisted in delivering the fish all the way to the canal, where the true intention of the man was revealed.

Unveiling the Mystery

It was at the canal that the staff member learned of the man’s plan to set the fish free. This act was not only generous but also incredibly unique. The man’s purchase consisted of over 30 fish, including various species such as bass, tilapia, and etcetera.

The Cost of Compassion

The man’s act of compassion came at a cost. The bass, priced at S$17.99 per kilogram, and tilapia, priced at S$10.95 per kilogram, amounted to a total expenditure of approximately S$400.

It was evident that the man’s willingness to part with his money for this selfless act was driven by a deep sense of compassion for these aquatic creatures.
