GF NOT HAPPY THAT BF IS RICH & DO NOTHING AT HOME

Sometimes people are blind to what they have and whatever you do they will never be satisfied and forever be greedy by demanding more and more. When there is comfort, people seek freedom. When there is freedom people seek money. It’s never enough.

Here is the story:

Do girls find it off-putting that their partners seem like they’re not doing anything but the fact is that their business doesn’t require a lot of traditional “hard work?”I work for my parents.

They basically manage a relatively large portfolio of assets (think in the low tens of millions), mostly in real estate. These assets generate revenue, and over time, they appreciate. This business will be passed on to me in its entirety because I’m the only child. There’s really not much grunt work required in this business. Most of the work is done by hired lawyers, bankers, and accountants.

There is some work to be done when we buy or sell assets, there is work to be done when tenants come and go, but these things are irregular. On most weeks, I seem like I’m not doing anything.

Which is true, I’m not doing anything on most days.My girlfriend gets very pissed at me, for some reason, mostly for “looking lazy.” She is a nurse and she works very long hours for a substantially lower income and she somehow hates that I’m not doing the same. We live together already and I do all the chores at home.

My question is do most girls actually need to see that their partners look like they are doing something important? i.e fiddling with the computer, making phone calls, going to meetings.

Or is financial stability ultimately adequate? I chose to help my parents because it’s just simple math that I’ll make far more money running and growing the business than I will ever make if I were to get a 9-5 job.

CUSTOMER ALLEGEDLY FOUND A CABLE TIE IN JOLIBEE CHICKEN FROM CHANGI CITY POINT

A netizen posted on Facebook after finding a cable tie in the fried chicken

Here is the story:

Tried not to go public but Jolibee Group Manager (no names here) said they have investigated and found no trace of the cable tie fried with their delicious batter via their circuit cameras (v powerful one to be able to see cable tie) and can only reply me through official channels of the outcome strangely.

Hence this post and at same time made a report with SFA.I love Jolibee but their marketing and management is simply not hitting the mark here. Ordered a bucket of chicken on 23rd June and came with half a “surprise gift”. Thankfully I was the one who bit into it and not the kiddos.

Tried calling the outlet numerous times but no response. Left a private msg on Facebook which they replied on 24th and said they will call me back but noone did. Went to the outlet on 25th night and the outlet staff said they will check and get back. Outcome of investigation was that it didn’t came from their kitchen. That’s it. They apologize for the delay in getting back to me but was sure the cable tie didn’t come from them.

Perhaps the grab delivery guy didn’t like me and prepared the prop beforehand or I prepared this prop beforehand. Nevertheless, it defintely didn’t come from their kitchen which they are very sure of.

27th Jun: To be fair to them, I’m not sure at which stage the cable tie “fell in” as few of you rightly pointed out that it was not melted despite the crust on it. However its more of their refusal to claim responsibility that I’m astonished.Science fact as advised (new to me too!)

Cable ties are made of nylon and their melting pt is over 250 degrees celsius..and deeping frying goes probably 200 degrees celsius. So it wont melt.

M’SIA LOCKDOWN EXTENDED AGAIN TILL MID-JULY

Malaysia’s initially plans to end Malaysia’s movement control order (MCO) tomorrow (June 28). But earlier today the Prime Minister Muhyiddin Yassin said that it will be extended.

In an interview he said:

He said: “People say that the MCO is about to end but this is not true. Firstly, I want to clarify that we don’t call it MCO anymore. We are in different phases of the National Recovery Plan. Right now, we are in Phase One, and this might last until July, maybe in the middle of the month or so.”

“Maybe in the middle of the month”

Muhyiddin also said that Malaysia would not exit Phase One until all three NRP indicators are met

  • new cases below 4,000 daily,
  • “moderate” demand on intensive care capacity
  • 10 per cent vaccination in the country
